Miles Grout

BDS
Dental Surgeon
GDC No.79475

Miles qualified in Dental Surgery from The University of Sheffield in 2001 and has developed interests in beautiful functional smiles. He has post-graduate qualifications in restorative dentistry, sedation and pain management, and is currently undertaking an MSc in Dental Implantology.

He has been involved with the placement and restoration of dental implants since 2007. Miles is one of only a handful of dentists in Europe to have become a Dawson Academy Scholar. This is an American Academy that teaches care for Tempro-mandibular joint problems, facial pain and dental health.

Miles takes pride in being a gentle and understanding dentist. He believes that all patients deserve the highest quality of care, whatever their dental concerns. He likes to work in a team to make sure every detail is worked out and a holistic approach is applied.

Miles can help guide his patients from reconstructing failing teeth to smile design and smiles that complement and bring out the individual’s character. He admits to being a dental course junkie and has studied in the USA, Europe and Hong Kong, being mentored by some of the greatest dentists in their fields.

When not studying and caring for patients, Miles spends time with his two young daughters and wife. He is one of the those middle aged men who likes to dress in Lycra and go out on his bike or go running with his dog.
