Shirin is a Consultant in Restorative Dentistry and Senior Clinical Lecturer at the Charles Clifford Dental Hospital and the University of Sheffield, where she teaches undergraduate and postgraduate dental students.

Shirin is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and is actively involved in examining specialist dentists in prosthodontics, periodontics, and international dentists.

She has extensive experience in rehabilitating complex cases in Restorative Dentistry, focusing on periodontics and prosthodontics. She accepts referrals for crown lengthening surgery, gum grafts, tooth surface loss cases, and rehabilitation utilising implants and implant-supported prostheses. She also runs different courses to help dentists to enhance their skills.

She also enjoys undertaking facial aesthetics with a focus on rejuvenation.

In her spare time, Shirin enjoys walking, pilates and dancing.
