Virtual video consultations with a dentist

We are now offering FREE STAY SAFE at HOME video dental consultations with our dentists.

Self-isolating/social distancing doesn’t have to mean you can’t begin your smile journey. Find out all you need to know about treatments with a FREE video consultation.

From the comfort of your home, you can have a live consultation with one of our dentists for the following treatments

Orthodontics – if you’d like to have straighter teeth

Dental Implants – for missing teeth/eating with comfort

Smile Improvements – for a general confidence boost

Denture Problems – options for loose/sore dentures

There are two ways to book a consultation, either book your appointment online using the button below, or call the Practice directly and we can book it for you. You don’t have to be a patient of ours already

WE ARE HERE TO HELP

The aim of a video consultation is to give you a good understanding of all options available to you, the treatment process itself, anticipated costs, feasibility and importantly, it should allow you to get a feel how we will look after you should you choose us for your dental treatment.

Your Virtual Smile Consultation will last approximately 15 – 20 minutes

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

  1. Book a consultation, choosing a convenient time and date for you
  2. We will confirm your consultation by email and text
  3. Before you start. Download Zoom https://zoom.us/download or search app store under “Zoom cloud meetings”
  4. You will get an email and text reminder 15 minutes before the consultation starts
  5. Click on the link in the confirmation or reminder email to start Zoom. For more info on Zoom, go to: HTTPs://zoom.us/resources

Please note that all advice and costs given are a rough estimate and will be subject to a full clinical consultation at the dental practice as some treatments may require procedures such as x-rays in order to determine whether a patient is suitable for treatment.

HOW TO TAKE A GOOD PHOTO OF YOUR SMILE

To help us prepare for your video consultation appointment it would be really helpful if you could upload a couple of photographs of your smile, particularly those areas that are causing you any concerns, we can then easily discuss it in more detail during our video call.

Tips for taking a good photo

#1 Use the selfie mode on the camera on your mobile
#2 Try to find natural lighting or take against a blank wall
#3 We may need an image of the right and/or left side of your teeth – for these photos you will find it easier to use a spoon to hold your cheeks away from your teeth
