We are a noted provider of innovative surgical techniques such as bone grafting and sinus augmentation procedures, as well as 3D bone regeneration methods for patients suffering with significant bone loss. 3D Bone regeneration essentially allows us to build your missing jawbone back up to the required levels for dental implants. We use a technique called PRF to accelerate these processes.  In extreme cases of bone loss, we are also able to provide a specialist technique known as 3D bone reconstruction which enables us to rebuild sections of your jawbone.

These techniques are often more complex than placing the implant itself and require a high degree of clinical precision and expertise. Our team is led by Nigel Rosenbaum who is proficient in the use of these surgical methods and has a reputation for using them to successfully manage challenging restorative cases. He is a recognised GDC specialist in the replacement of missing teeth (otherwise known as Prosthodontics) and has undertaken extensive postgraduate training specific to implant dentistry and was one of the first dentists in the UK to complete a Masters Degree in Oral and Maxillofacial Implantology at the University of Sheffield in 2003.
