About Dr Tania Murphy
Tania Murphy is a Specialist in Orthodontics with 22 years of experience, having spent 16 of those as a consultant at the hospital dealing with more complex cases.
Since qualifying as a dentist from the University of Sheffield in 1996, Tania continued to develop her expertise and obtained her first Master’s degree in Oral Surgery in 1999, was awarded her Member of the Faculty of Dental Surgery in 2000 and in 2002 achieved her second Master’s degree in Orthodontics.
In 2003, she achieved a Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, which led to her being recognised by the General Dental Council (GDC) as a Specialist in Orthodontics.
In 2005, she gained the Fellowship in Dental Surgery (Orthodontics) of the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
